This event appeals to kids and adults alike and is hosted at the Anoka County Fairgrounds. The cost for this event is: $8.00 for adults and $7.00 for children (10 and under). When is the block party?
The block party is one of the most highly anticipated events of the Anoka Halloween festival and runs from 6:00pm until midnight on Saturday, October 31st.
